Quality of services , your company cares how its looks on apps and videos to look representing to existing and potential clients, from the outside. Inside, your teachers are overwhelmed and have no proper help and training with special needs kids , which takes away needs from normal kids.

The teachers are not even trained to help children with special needs. Instead either attention is taken away from all the students for a special needs child, or not enough attention is given to the special needs child to stimulate their growth and mind which requires a one to one teacher who is specialized for their care. My child has been accused of copying behavior of a child with special needs who has jumped up and down from furniture for almost a year. I am getting calls to pick up my child for doing the same thing.

Incident reports are filled and stacked on the front desk and no precaution or action is taken to prevent these incidents. Instead its written down to protect staff. Meanwhile the behavior is continuing. No type of disciplinary action is happening in this preschool.

Not even a two minute time out or separation from students to cool off or calm down. Do not expect your child to be the same after a few weeks or months coming home from preschool. Its run like a daycare and not a good one. They have assessments done every week teaching two year olds to list the main character and plot of a book they are reading.

The kids are still learning their colors and to count to 10. Instead children will be blamed by the directors for acting bad when no type of direction or guidance is taught. The teachers instead are supposed to hold their hand the whole time while they are dealing with a room of 8-14 other kids.

I believe the people of Las Vegas should know how this daycare is run since this is a franchise and they all follow the same protocols. Its ruining the child daycare/preschool experience and I will contact the local news station for further investigation to let the parents be aware.

My daughter started preschool on August 17, 2021. I paid $150 registration, then $730 all before or on august 17.

First day they called me at work because she was crying and asked me to pick her up, then asked if I could only do half days for a couple weeks, next day she did a half day, next week they said shes not ready and try again another time basically. Fine ok, no prob, can you refund me the money I paid in advance. I called on September 28 after no sign of payment or contact. Could not get an answer was told they would call me back and nothing, kept calling again was told Id get a call back got one saying they had a refund for $580 they would get out a check.

Still nothing and cannot get ahold of anyone. Im so mad, that now I want my full $880 I gave this crooked company and will never recommend it.

I mean we live in 2021, I can send money to ANYONE IN SECONDS!!! Wtf?!?!
